A huge congratulations to Dozier Elementary’s own Mikel LeBlanc, who was named this year’s Vermilion Parish Elementary Teacher of the Year! Ms. Mikel is a 4th grade Teacher at Dozier Elementary.
It was announced at an assembly on Friday, December 8, 2023.
Ms. Mikel is the daughter of Darlene Suire LeBlanc and Glenn LeBlanc. Her brother Dillon Boudreaux, is also a teacher in Vermilion Parish.
