We are thrilled to announce our annual Erath Community Homecoming Visitation Day! This is a day filled with enthusiasm, team spirit, and the unmistakable energy that comes when our Bobcat family gathers together. It is with great excitement and pride that we open our doors to you to join us in celebrating the unity and passion that define our school community.

Date: Friday, September 29, 2023
Time: See School Times for each Location
Location: Dozier Elementary, Leblanc Elementary, Erath Middle School, and Erath High School

Visitation Day promises to be an unforgettable event, with an array of exciting activities lined up for our students and family members.
This day is not just about supporting our football team; it's about celebrating our community's values, fostering a sense of belonging, and reinforcing the importance of teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship in our students' lives.

We encourage all members of our school community, including parents, students, faculty, and staff, to come together and show their Bobcat Pride by wearing blue and white to celebrate the day!
Because the safety of our students is at the forefront of all that we do, please read through the event guidelines attached to help us make this visitation day a memorable experience for everyone involved. We look forward to seeing you there, cheering on our Bobcats and strengthening the bonds that make our school community so special.

HOMECOMING MASS - 7:15

DOZIER ELEMENTARY (8:45-10:00)
Erath High HOCO travel party will walk through at 8:10 (Community members are not allowed to enter at this time).
Visitation will begin at 8:45am and run until 10.am. Visitation will begin after EHS Hoco Travel Group has completed the walk through.
Only CLEAR bags will be allowed on campus.
NO STROLLERS allowed on campus during visitations.
Dozier visitation promptly ends at 10 AM. All guests must exit the school at 10 AM to allow time for students to attend lunch and prepare for the parade.
Students will not be allowed to check-out during visitation. Students can checkout between 10:30 and 12:10.
Students will not be allowed to check-out after the Homecoming parade. All students remaining at school after the parade must go home their designated way.
NOTE: Because of capacity issues and space limitations, the EHS travel group and visitation will not take place at the same time.

LEBLANC ELEMENTARY (9:00-9:30)
School Pep Rally (This event is for LES students and faculty only).

ERATH MIDDLE SCHOOL (10:10 - 11:00)
EHS Hoco Travel Party will visit at 9:50 - 10:10
Visitation will begin at 10:10 and last until 11:00 AM.
Only CLEAR bags will be allowed on campus.
NO STROLLERS allowed on campus during visitations.
Visitation will conclude at 11:00 am.
Checking out procedures will be established by school administration and there will be no deviations from the plans put into place.
Students will report to the parade site at 12:30.

ERATH HIGH SCHOOL (10:15 - Completion of Pep Rally)
Gates for the HS Student and Alumni Pep Rally will open at 10:15.
Only CLEAR Bags will be allowed on campus.
NO STROLLERS allowed on campus during visitations.
Visitation in the courtyard will take place between 10:15 until the pep rally starts around 11:00.
Visitors will sit in the bleachers and students will be on the field for the pep rally.
IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE PEP RALLY INDOORS WILL ONLY BE OPEN TO EHS STUDENTS, THE EHS HOCO TRAVEL GROUPS, PARENTS OF MEMBERS AND HONORED ALUMNI CLASSES. FIRE MARSHAL CODES FOR INDOOR CAPACITY WILL BE FOLLOWED.

 
At the completion of the pep rally, visitors are asked to exit campus and proceed to the parade route if attending.

Athletic Event Guidelines

A reminder of the following athletic event policies are in place for the 23-24 season
No outside food or drink allowed into facilities
No backpacks
No re-entry policy.
No alcohol, tobacco or vape products are allowed in and on our school facilities.
Clear Bag policy is in effect. No size limitation, but needs to be clear.
Diaper bags and personal items are subject to search.
All parties are subject to metal detector searches upon entry into our facilities.
Primary and Middle School students must have a responsible party with them at games. They are not allowed to be dropped off at our high school events unsupervised.
Thank you in advance for following these policies and helping us to expedite entry into the stadiums by taking care of these before entry.
